Cancellation Policy

To ensure clarity and efficiency for all parties, please review the following guidelines regarding booking, cancellations, and waitlists Booking Appointments All consulting services must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your session details. Some services may require full payment or a deposit to secure your time slot. Session Expectations Please come prepared with any necessary materials, questions, or goals you would like to address. This allows us to maximize our time together and deliver value tailored to your needs. Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens—we understand. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be marked as a “No-Show.” After two no-shows, you may be restricted from future bookings or required to pay in full upfront for future services. Late Arrivals Please be on time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to honor our next client’s appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the appointment may be forfeited. Waitlist Policy If no current slots are available, you may join our waitlist. We will notify you if an appointment becomes available, based on the order requests are received. Ensure your contact details are accurate so we can reach you promptly. Group & Onsite Consulting For team trainings, group consultations, or onsite sessions, please contact us directly to discuss your needs. These services are custom-quoted and may require advance planning for travel and materials.
